Rejoyly is a peer-to-peer marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved children’s items. Rejoyly does not own or inspect listed items.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rejoyly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of items they list.
Payments are processed by third parties. Rejoyly is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
Rejoyly may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Rejoyly is not liable for damages resulting from user transactions or conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
